Kristin Bell, a proud native of Little Rock, Arkansas, is a Senior Human Resources Professional with a Bachelor’s in Finance from Henderson State University. Over the course of her decade-long career, she has gained extensive experience across industries such as higher education, healthcare, finance, technology, and manufacturing. Her work spans talent acquisition, employee relations, DEI, HR operations, strategy, and talent management, reflecting her passion for disrupting traditional systems to increase access to opportunities with innovative solutions.
In 2023, Kristin co-founded two groundbreaking ventures. The first, ReviewTailor, is a Techstars Portfolio Company that reimagines HR performance management to foster fairness and growth with the assistance of AI. The second, CultureCite, is an AI-HR pal designed to empower employees to advocate for themselves against workplace retaliation, discrimination, and harassment. She also owns CEEID HR Consulting, LLC, where she partners with organizations as a trusted consultant with deep expertise in performance management, talent acquisition, DEI, leadership development and organizational strategy.
A recognized thought leader and co-author of Women Redefining Leadership with S.P.I.C.E., Kristin shares actionable insights in her chapter on owning your performance narrative. Her work embodies her commitment to breaking barriers and championing equity in all spaces.
Currently based in Atlanta, Georgia, Kristin enjoys exploring hidden treasures in the city, traveling, golfing, painting, wine tasting, and working out in her free time.
